Join around 800,000 already existing SMSF’s in Australia. New SMSF’s are being set up at a faster rate than ever before since the Royal Commission into major Australian Super Fund Manager Company practices.

With your SMSF, under your own control, you no longer have to be exposed to:

  • Promises of full control only to learn you must use a specified Bank or Broker and pay hidden fees
  • Other Zombie Fees
  • Non-transparent cross-subsidies
  • Expensive unwanted Life Assurance premiums
  • Zero ongoing charges or charges from SF Property Group
  • Compulsory annual (sometimes monthly) fund membership charges and fees
  • Being forced into underperforming Retail Funds
  • Being ticket clipped at every turn

What is a SMSF?

A self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) is exactly as the name implies – it is a superannuation account that you manage yourself. It is a superannuation fund with a dedicated bank account, containing your own historically collected superannuation funds, that you control as the appointed Trustee(s).

It is a new legal entity, separate from yourself. It forms a legal relation between you (as Trustee), your investments vehicle (the new SMSF) and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). It is an investment vehicle that permits you, as Trustee(s), to invest in a wide range of investment categories.

What can my SMSF invest in?

Investment permitted by the ATO include:

  • Property
  • Shares
  • Certified Loans
  • Collectables such as wine, stamps, art and antiques
  • Gold and other precious metals
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Term Deposits
  • Other Super Funds
